ABR10 Advanced SBS Backup failing even though device is available.
Hi
I am currently having a problem were by the backup will fail due to it not finding the backup device.
The backup device is a removeable usb device which is changed every day, backups in some cases have already been performed to this device and have worked correctly.
The failure is intermittant.
The suggested resolution to this is to run a validation check which i do and this always completes succesfully.
After the validaton if i run the backup it may or may not work to the same device i have just run the validation on.
Operating system i am running this on is MS Windows SBS 2008.
ABR 10 is at update 3, Agent is 10.0.12497.
Services are running as follows.
Logged on as
Acronis Managed Machine Service Domain Administrator.
Acronis Remote Agent Service Local System
Acronis Scheduler2 Service Local System
Any suggestion would be gratfully received

Dates the backup failed are , 22nd December, 21st December, 20th December, 16th December 15th december 13th december, plus some more if you need them.

Hello Mark,
Thank you for the follow-up.
Unfortunately the logs for those days show that the backup has succeeded, except for the 13th of December, there was an error that there was not enough free space in the backup destination.
Would it be possible to provide me with the screenshot of the error, because at the moment it is not clear why there is this problem.
