abr10 agent problem

Hey there,
I have some problems regarding ABR10 and I hope, that someboby here can give me an explanation for this behaviour:

I am using ABR10 advanced server virtual edition, running on a Server 2008 R2.

There are four virtual machines, two running with Server 2008 Enterprise, two running with Server 2003 R2.
The two machines with server 2003 are completely identical beside of the IP number.

I was able to install the ABR agent on all machines, but I cannot manage one of the Server 2003 machines.

I installed the management console on this machine and can manage it locally, but I cannot connect to this machine by net.
Neither from another machine nor by 127.0.0.1 or its real adress.
The other three machines I can reach and manage in any way (locally and remote), even from this machine.

I have reinstalled the agent, checked passwords in the services, checked port 9876 by telnet, restarted the machine several times and used the clean up tool from the knowledgebase.

There is no active firewall and the antivirus software is deactivated.

Whatever I do, I cannot reach the agent by network.

Does anybody know this problem and help me with a solution?

Go to Services --> right click on Any Acronis services --> Properties --> (2nd Tab) Log On --> Select "This Account" --> Specify the credentials of same account, using which you installed the Acronis --> Restart the Service

Repeat the same step for all Acronis Services

I have seen this working when only agent is installed.. to access it across network
