ABR10 - Unable Validate and Reover backup files.

Thread needs solution

Hi,
We having problem in validating or recovering the backup image(which is backup successfully). we are using Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 to backup our file server. the following is the information of our backup task:
source type: Disks/volumes
items to back up: "entire disk"
Archieve: personal vault (where the exact location was on other server, we are using mapped drive.

the backup was successful, i was able to mount the backup database to a drive and access the data, but i could not perform validation or recover on the backup database.

when perform recover:
system was able to detect the backup database and i was able to expand the backup contents.
after i save and run the recover action, it failed and prompted be the following message:

please help, is it because of the backup location was stored at remote location?
