ABR11-PXE server DHCP not working

The PXE server function that came with ABR11 advanced workstation backup and recovery standard isn't working. The acronis pxe service is started. However, computers on the network can't find the server.

all firewalls have been disabled.

ABR11 was installed on a windows 7 32 BIT VM. the PXE test client is a disk-less VM. Niether this VM nor other computers can obtain and address. I have confirmed that a 3rd party PXE server offered by TFTP32 (freeware) does boot both network machines and the diskless VM into my pxelinux menu.

What i want is either the ABR11 PXE server to work, or better yet, to have it work in my existing pxelinux menu. I have read the instructions for getting acronis to work with pxelinux, but that assumes the original PXE server was functional.

It was an out-of-the-box installation. Any clues?

A simple reason may be, that you haven't uploaded bootable components to your PXE server yet.
Otherwise you should check http://kb.acronis.com/content/1870
