I installed the program on Windows 10, when I start I get an error window that says: "can not connect to localhost"

I tried to manually activate the "Acronis managed service machine" service but I have error 1075

what can I do ?

Backup&Recovery 11 is quite old and isn't compatible with Windows 10.  Compatible products are listed here: https://kb.acronis.com/content/56196 .
