Hi Folks, I have a probleme with my Acronis installation. Everytime I plugged-in my IPod 8GB or my IPOD classic I get the error message: "Acronis Managed Service not available". This message repeats every 5 seconds. When I disconnect the IPod everything works fine and the error message will be gone. To synchronise my IPOD I have to stop every Acronis service on the system. My software is up-to-date. What can I do? Did anybody make the same experiences? Greetings! Danny

The encountered issue with  Acronis Managed Machine service and the iPod has been investigated and is already fixed by our developers. The issue was caused by the specific configuration of the iPod hardware. The update will be available in Update 1, we expect the release very soon, but the exact time frame of the release is unknown.
