Acronis can't connect to license server during the agent installation

Thread needs solution

I tried to install the Acronis BR10 Agent on a Server in the Domain2. The Management Server and also the License Server are in the Domain1.

I do not use a Windows Firewall on the System, but in our Network we have a separate Firewall.
So what i think is, that Acronis uses ports, which are closed now.

Wich ports uses Acronis to connect to the License Server?

Thank you for posting. I will definitely assist you.

The default port that Acronis uses is TCP port: 9876. Do you mind letting me know how do you specify the location of the License Server in the remote installation wizard?

I would recommend using the IP address or the FQDN of the machine on which it is installed.

I have the same kind of that problem, cant see agent for windows in component list.
