Acronis Loader and Lenovo E520

Hi!

First sorry for my bad englisch...

We have three new Lenovo E520 (Windows 7 64bit) Notebooks with Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Advanced Workstation and a big problem with the Acronis Startup Recovery Manager:

If we start the computer, he comes to screen with start Acronis Loader press....... and thats it.
I must start the acronis loader and the to next start windows.

Till now, with our other computers, windows starts automatic without manually start acronis loader und next start windows.

I hope you can help us.

I had a similar problem when using True Image 2013 on a Lenovo T430 running Windows 8. When starting up the laptop I would get a message Acronis Loader failed to ...press any key. I would then have to press a key to get windows to continue loading. I started the Setup Utility (F1) and in checking the boot order under startup I noticed I had a new entry called "Acronis Loader" in the number one position. I moved it down, restarted my laptop and windows started normally. So I went back into my startup list and deleted the Acronis loader. This solved my problem.
