Acronis Scheduler error

Thread needs solution

I'm getting this error appear in the Event viewer of one server every night that ABR is sechduled to image that server -

Scheduler failed to run task with GUID '62113A08-1C16-47C0-84E6-54B283793835' because of error 2 (Failed to find the file (folder) or the key (value) in the registry.).

Does anyone know what may be the problem here?

Thank message from Event viewer is not enough to clarify and diagnose the issue.

I suggest you to download and install the latest build of the product first and check if the issue that you are facing disappears.

In case it persists, please contact Acronis Customer Central providing screenshots with the error and copy of the registry logs of the backup task.

If there is something else I can do for you, please let me know.
