Acronis Scheduler2 Helper not responding

Win-7 x64, Acronis B&R 11.0.17438
When I try to reboot my PC I always got - "Acronis Scheduler2 Helper not responding". I tried:
1. Re-install Win-7 and install Acronis again.
2. Use other version of Acronis - 11.0.x and even 11.5
In all cases I got "Acronis Scheduler2 Helper not responding". Then I tried install it on 2 others PC's. At 1 of them I got the same thing (Win-7 x86, Acronis B&R 11.0.17438), on second machine everything was fine (Win-7 x64, Acronis B&R 11.0.17438).
