Acronis Server 10 - Ask for password when use Tape

Hello,
I used fine Acronis Server 10 for 1 year, now I have some troubles with Tapes. When I selet it, Acronis ask for a passoword! I have tried to insert administrator credentials, but I got no luck!

In your opinion why it happens?
