Acronis Virtual Appliance got duplicate virtual disk from other virtual machine within the same ESX4 Host

Gather the diagnostic data:

1. Vitrual Appliance logs
2. Exact sequence of steps you performed before encountered this issue
3. Acronis Info from the host machine

After that please kindly contact support directly with the information attached - this will speed up the process of finding a solution greatly.
