Acronis Window Agent Version 17437 Cannot be Installed
I recently installed ABR 11 Advanced WorkStation Version 17437 on my Server Machine which has Windows Server 2008 R2 after uninstalling the previous version 17318. For me at least I cannot upgrade because I get errors so I uninstall the previous version and install the current latest version. Then I had to install the latest version on the client machine which has Windows Seven Ultimate 64 bit . So using ABR Clean Up Utility I uninstalled the previous version 17318 and then tried to install the 17437 version. The client machine installed the latest version but without taking the licenses from the License Server installed in the ABR 11 Version 17437 on the Server Machine and moreover no options for Universal Restore and Deduplication came. So without licenses no back up was possible. I tried to contact Support on Chat line but the communication broke off 4 times the first time it broke off like this.
Therefore I tried trouble shooting myself. I realized that the ABR Clean Up Utility does not clear ABR data totally from the Computer. Therefore I went into C: Drive\ Programs and deleted the Acronis folder which indeed contained some Acronis software/data. Then I went to Acronis Common folder and deleted that also.However deleting common Acronis files could jeopardise other software from correctly working am I correct in making this assumption? Went into the regedit and there deleted most of Acronis in the Local Machine Software. One key could not be deleted. After doing that I then tried to install ABR agent and other components on the client machine. Now the ABR took licenses from the server machine for the ABR agent for universal restore and deduplication. This means that the ABR Cleanup Facility is not enough to uninstall all Acronis software some remmants have to be uninstalled manually.
However the ABR Agent gave an error. Twice I tried in vain. So now what to do how to install the latest ABR 11 Version on my client machine? I have two other machines which have Version 17318 they have to be upgraded to the latest version 17437 but this machine first. This is a long progress uninstalling and then installing. But upgrade does not work. Log is attached of the error.

You did everything correctly, and we need to take a closer look at the issue.
Unfortunately the log didn't get attached, and we also have a thread dedicated to the installation issues. We would highly appreciate if you could kindly attach MSI log, and Windows System Information to that thread.
