Append to body of email notifications

Hello Im working on a project to get Acronis BR 10 to automatically create service tickets in our ticketing system. Our ticketing system is designed so that we can have tickets created by simply sending in an email. I want to setup the email notifications in Acronis to send to this system but I've run into a slight snag. I need to be able to append a block of specific text to the bottom of the body of each email notification and I do not see an option in Acronis to do this. Anyway, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
