Backup of acronis backup and recovery console

Is there a way to backup the configuration of this console?
i mean the machines that are registered the license server, the backup policies etc etc?

I dont want to backup the whle computer i just want to backup just the console configuration.

Is there a way to do this? Do you need an agent installed on that machine for this?

Console configuration is only placement and sizes of gui elements, list of recent connections and such things. Policies and license information, although displayed in console, are stored in AMS configuration or on machine with Agent. In orded to backup AMS configuration, yes, you have to install agent on it.
