Backup Failed - Failed with Error

Thread needs solution

Hi,

My client has A B&R 11.0.17440 installed and it use only the online / cloud storage system provided by Acronis. It was functioning fine until 7 days ago. After no reboots or changes to the server it stopped backing up.

I see the following in the log file

A task with ID 'F13FD929-F7FF-4527-9BCF-8982FA4400FE' does not exist.

When I try to backup either manually I get "Failed with Error" but nothing in the log.

Please be informed, that you can download the latest build of Acronis Backup & Recovery 11.5 from your account. You need to login and then navigate to Online Backup - for Business -> Download edition with local management.
