Backup job completing but reporting as a failure

I am running a nightly incremental backup with the most recent version of ABR 11 with universal restore.
The job is perfect - I can do a file level and machine level restore from it - but it persists every night to tell me it has failed. I cannot find any reference as to why in the logs etc.

Anyone else seen this?

Does your plan include the generation of a Disaster Recovery Report?

If yes, then either disable it or try to upgrade to build 17438.

Thanks Heiko - we don't generate a DRR but I do run a pre command, and thanks to your post i'm looking at it now as a possibility. Gonna remove it tonight and see if I get a succeeded.
