We are an Acronis resellar.

On one customers server (Win 2003) after running fine for two years Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 all of a sudden said "Trial Period Expired".

What's going on?

Where did he obtain this key? Looks like it's a not-for-resale key that are essentially trials with long period, like year or two.
