Backup & Recovery 10 version 10.0.13762 randomly removes backup job
Hello all,
I have a problem that is bugging me and my colleague for a couple of weeks now.
A customer of our company has a Citrix server with the latest remote agent installed. (version 10.0.13762)
Before this version we had an older version installed with the same problem.
On our SBS server we have the Backup & Recovery software installed (version 10.0.13762)

A little side note: I performed an upgrade, not a clean install on all the Acronis products we have installed.
The problem:
Randomly, the agent on the Citrix server or the software on the SBS server removes the backup job.
the log files generate a lot of errors:

After this last error the backup tasks are gone and are not running at the background.
Anyone with an idea on this problem?
I am recreating the backupjob every time it gets deleted, but that is not the way the cookie should crumble.
Any help on this matter would be appreciated!

Hello Yana,
Thank you for your fast response.
I followed the kb you supplied, but the MMS is started as the administrator account and is member of the administrators group.
any other ideas on this problem?
I will try to supply as much of info I can get when the problem happens again.

I'm sorry for I haven't specified this to your before, one additional - possible - solution just crossed my mind.
The case may be related to the corrupted WMI itself. Do you mind checking and running the repair for me?
If WMI is fixed, and the issue remains, please send us Acronis Info, it should shed the light onto the situation.
