Backup & Recovery 11 SBS Recovery Query

Thread needs solution

Version: Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advance Server SBS Edition
Platform: Microsoft Windows 2003 SBS SP2
Issue: When trying to create a recovery task from an External HDD, the Archive View didn't show all the backup archives which were available, it only showed one backup archive (the most recent Incremental backup). I did choose to show "All archives", but it didn't make any difference.

However, when I moved all the Incremental backup archives files to another directory, it successfully showed the last Full Backup. When I put the Incremental backup archives files back, it kept showing the last Full Backup...

Any ideas?
