Hi, I'm using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 and I have a retention rules problem.When I run the backup job, everthing fine but retention rules doesn't work.I have attached my backup type, log and backup directory.Could you please help me for this problem, thanks.

According to the last screenshot, you set up incremental backups only and set retention rules to retain backup until all dependencies should be deleted. In such scheme early incremental backups (on which all later incrementals depend) will never be deleted, and thus no backups will be deleted at all. Solutions - set up some schedule for full (or differential) backups or use consolidation instead of deletion.
