backup says successful but no backup archive is created
We are using Backup and Recovery 10 Advanced Workstation build 10.0.11639. I have a problem with just one of 77 total clients, where the backup job thinks it runs and completes successfully, but no archive is actually created. The backup jobs are created through the management console on the management server. All other clients using the same backup policy run with no problem (the archives are stored in the same vault on the same storage node as well) . The only way to get an actual backup to be created is to uninstall Acronis from the client and reinstall it. The backup will run successfully and create a backup one time. Any time the backup job runs after that, the backup says it completes successfully, but there is no associated archive. Deleting the machine from the console and adding it back doesn't work. I even tried re-imaging the machine using an image from an identically setup machine, but it does the same thing, even though the other machine runs fine. I've also watched the job run. It seems to run properly until it gets to about 20 - 30 % complete, then it jumps right to 100% and it thinks it completed successfully.
At this point I'm thinking there's maybe something corrupted in the SQL database related to the machine's name? We have 27 other machines setup on four other management servers on four other subnets, and this is the only machine we're seeing this problem on. I've attached three screenshots showing the "Task completed successfully" popup, the associated logfile, and one of the vault showing where the archive should be (but isn't). Any ideas?
