backup scheme simple missing and retention options gone

To say that Acronis products are confusing would be a gross understatement. Problems with using one manual to cover all similar products leaves the end user confused on where their options are for their product.

Take retention and simple schemes for Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 Server license.

Where are the schemes?
How does one set retention for jobs?

Both the above options are shown in the help, but when I go to implement them on our backups, the options SIMPLY AREN'T THERE!

So, how do I setup retention policies for this product?
