Hello Marcin,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]

Please make sure that Acronis Scheduler2 Service (Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services) Startup Type is set to Automatic. Otherwise, please set it to Automatic yourself and reboot your computer.

Restart Acronis Remote Agent and Acronis Scheduler2 Service, make right click and click on Restart.

If nothing helps, please recreate the backup plan and see if the issue remains.

Thank you.

Creating new, or even test backup plans did not make any difference.

Because I had to find a quick solution to have something to backup my data I've created a workaround. Because I knew that 10287 did not have this kind of problems (and it was able to correctly execute pre/post commands) I've remover the Acronis Backup&Recovery 10 Agent it 11105 version and installed 10287. So everything is now in 11105 but the agent is 10287. Then I had some connection problems so I forced Acronis Remote Agent service form LOCALSYSTEM to the AD administrator that is used to work with services (a special domain admin with Logon as service rights, and so on).

This sadly does not resolve all problems.
