Bug report: backup progress window hangs, won't close

Thread needs solution

I'm running B&R 10 Workstation, latest build 12703. My O/S is Windows 7 Pro 64-bit.

I was doing a test backup, and I had the window open to monitor the progress of the backup (see attachment Window-1-Good.jpg). When the backup finished, the Progress tab went away, but the window became "hung" and won't close. (see attachment Window-2-Bad.jpg)

I had to kill B&R using Process Explorer to get it to close. Nice.

We have checked all our internal resources, and found no mention of a known issue that would match your description. We would appreciate if you could provide us with some additional information from the machine in question, as it will be able to shed the light onto the cause of the problem. Could you please provide us with Acronis Info from the problem machine?

There must be a popup window (titled "the following tasks have finished..." ) (that grabbed the message loop...) appeared when task completed, that you can bring to top using alt-tab.
