Can not boot into Windows from an image using Universal Restore

Thread needs solution

Hello everybody,
I have used Acronis product for several years. The new one, Acronis Back Up and Recovery seem not perfect. It got some error. I could not boot in Windows after deploying system. I have test the image file with different computer, different hardware. The image could run well in almost system but it could not run with any ASUS laptop ( both Intel chipset like K40IJ, F80... or NVIDIA chipset like K40IN... - I had tried to add SATA driver folder but it did not work). Although this image could run well it other laptops (have the same hardware) from Acer, Apple (MAC Book Pro), Lenovo, MSI. I think there is some problem about compatible.
Acronis log reported that:
"No critical database updated for 'NO_DRV_MBRES.Services"
Please fix (or do something let it run well) your product please. Thank you for your listenning.

 Hello FBI FBI!

Thank you for finding time to join us! I understand your concern and will be glad to shed some light onto the situation.

The error you've specified usually appears when there is a lack of drivers. This happens when you restore the image onto the dissimilar hardware.

When you restore the image onto the dissimilar chipset, RAID controller or any other mass storage device, you need to add the drivers for it during the process of the recovery, otherwise the system will not boot. Please familiarize yourself with this Acronis Universal Restore Guide with step-by-step screenshots - you may find it useful, it contains all necessary instructions.

Please also note that according to the Acronis License Policy you will need one license for one computer your are going to backup or restore.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you!

Thank you for your fast response. I have tried several way (both install the SATA driver manual or auto search) but it could not run.
