I do not know why I am recieving this error, but it seems to happen everytime I leave the application alone for a period of a week or more. For instance this last Monday the AMS was working fine, but today on Friday it will not let me contect to the AMS and feeds the above error messages.
Thanks for any help on the this subject.

I have tried to run the AcronisInfo.exe on the Acronis Management Server (AMS) and it doesn't work.
A command prompt comes up and says:
Running with default parameters.
This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way.
Please contact the application's support team for more information.
The same thing happened today though. I came in this morning and the application didn't work. I got the same message I orginally posted again, so I restarted the pc and the AMS worked. So, I did my checks then it was left it alone until after lunch. Logged back in and I got the same error message from the AMS application, so I restarted it and it worked again.
I have given up on your customer support team because they are not knowledgable about the software they provide support for. That is why I have resorted to the forums. I can read therefore I have already read through your knowledge base. I don't need someone else to regurgitate the information I have already read through.

Seems that openssl can't do something with .rnd file, godknowswhere it's supposed to be (c:\ ? service user or user "documents" directory?) weird permissions? Windows doesn't let strangers without elevated privileges ('run as administrator ) to create files in C:\ root?
