Can't find registered Components & WinAgent failed to install

If i try to install the Windows Agent with the "Installation of Acronis Components" - assistant, the assistant can't find any registered components for remote-installation.

If i search for the AcronisAgentWindows.msi manually, i can go on. (I had to extract this Agent manually out of the installationfile). There was no Agent (C:/Programms/Common Files/Acronis/RemoteInstall)!
-register found components- checkbox doesn't work either. Everytime a start the assistant, i have to search for the Agent manually again.

Then, the remote installation is running.
But after some minutes, the installation fails.

Ports (TCP 25001 & 445) are open, Easy Filesharing disabled.
System of LicenceManager: Windows Server 2003 SP2
System, agent should be installed: Windows XP SP3
