Can't make any backup

Thread needs solution

Hello,

I got acronis backup & recovery 10 advance workstation with UR and i got problem to make any backup, i install on my PC - Acronis License Server and managment console, on remote PC Agent for Windows, Try Monitor and Universal Restore, when i connect to remote PC from my managment console i click on "Back up", i choose volumne ( C drive ) to back up and i choose "where to back up" ( i try it everything - usb drive, network location, drive D, acronis secure zone) and I press OK to start it, after ~10s i have screen with error (attach file show that), could anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? i really don't know why is like that :/

There are many reasons for it, starting from errors on the hard drive to problems with our low-level drivers.

thanks for help, i find it why thats happend,

i just had to change one option in back up plan in "volumne shadow copy service" from using to without, and now its fine

check a attachments file
