Create Acronis Desktop Icon to run Backup Job

Many of my clients have Laptops which makes performing backups a pain. Luckily the majority of them tend to keep their laptops docked all day which usually allows a slightly better chance of being able to backup their machines.

However some of the clients, even though they have docking stations, often undock from them constantly everyday at all different times which makes it impossible to schedule an automatic job.

To counter this I have simply created on-demand jobs which they must execute by going into the management console -->Backup Jobs --> Right Click--> Run (whatever the next level of Backup is).

I would like to simplify this process by creating an icon on their desktop that runs the backup command.

I have seen post about performing this in Trueimage, but I have yet to come by a tutorial on how to perform this is AB&B Advanced Workstation

Also what may complicate this task fro me is that I perform Tower of Hanoi backups, I'm not sure if a static command launched via an icon can execute this type of job that changes from full to incremental backups.
