Data Catalog Files not present
I am unable to contact support due to expiration of maintenance contract. I do not need maintenance, per my definition. I am still using Acronis Backup & Recovery 11, which is still serving my needs for now. My only problem is my recovery is no longer working. When I open Vaults / Personal / "My Vault", the Data view populates with "Data Catalog". I was trained by Acronis to change the "Show:" link to show "Folders/Files". However, when I tell it to show Folders/Files, only "Data Catalog" shows below. When I try to expand the data catalog, there's nothing there. I've attached a screen shot. Where are my folders & files? Why doesn't this restore method work anymore? Please help!

Thank you for the response. It's currently set for "full" cataloging. I don't know how to use archive view to recover as I can't see the files there either. I only see "Archive(1)", which, when expanded, just shows 13 numbered backups (Backup #1, etc.). If I recovered a whole backup, it could overwrite new files. I need to be able to drill down to the file I need.
I found the file I needed, so I'm not missing anything anymore. However, I need this working again for future. Does anyone know how I can get the folders and files back again? Even if the catalog is corrupt, how do I start over?
Thanks!

You can remove the whole 'Catalog' folder in the vault and it will be recreated when the next backup to this archive is created. If the reason was catalog file corruption, this should help.
