Delayed answer from TrueImageCmd.exe

Hello,
i create and restore backups with the TrueImageCmd.exe.
I programmed my own GUI (in C#) and want to show the progress in my own progressbar.
Now i have the problem, that the stream answers very late. At about 50 to 70% all data appears in one go. To test what the problem is, i programmed an app that simulates the output of the TrueImageCmd.exe. When i start that app and read the data everything works fine... the progressbar runs from 1 to 100%.
Did anybody have the same problem or does somebody have a solution for this issue?
