Dell Server - Cannot perform a Machine level backup of local drives

We have Acronis Backup and Recovery 11 (build 11.0.17318) installed on a Dell PowerEgde R710 server running Windows 2008 R2 Enterprise.

We are having to do a file level backup of the local machine for the time being as we cannot backup the local machine at the machine level (see attached image). Obviously I am concerned that this may not give us a recoverable system state backup.

Our server has the Dell factory paritioning, with Disk 0 split into a 32MB OEM partition, a 3GB recovery partition and the rest allocated to the operating system, although there is 1MB of free space for some reason.

Any advice welcome.
