Does Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server flush SQL and Exchange Logs

Hi,
We have two servers running Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server and are about to install SQL Server 2008 R2 and Exchange 2010.

Does this software flush the logs of both products?

Is there any plan to have the SQL add-on product "Acronis Recovery for MS SQL Server" and the Exchange add-on product "Acronis Recovery for Microsoft Exchange" actually integrated with the main "Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server" suite GUI?

Does anyone know if Acronis Backup & Recovery 11 Advanced Server flushes SQL and Exchange Logs? i.e. do SQL and Exchange know they have been backed up?
