Don't have "Create" for Central Vault

Help makes me think I should see an icon for create a new centalized vault. I see one for personal vault, but not centralized. What does that mean? how to I get the "create" button?

I've got the latest acronis backup and recovery adv. workstation

You can create centralized vaults when you are connected to the AMS, not to the agent.
