E-Mail Notification Problem

Hello

We have on serveral Server problems with the e-mail notification.

The servers only send e-mails if the acronis backup & recovery task (fullbackup) is completed. they don't send e-mails when an interaction is required or the task is failed.

in the backup task all checkmarks are active in the e-mail notify section..

how to resolve the problem?
