I have the same issue for my Red Hat Linux 4 Enterprise Webserver. It has worked fine for awhile but now it gives me this same issue. I uninstalled and reinstalled the program and deleted and reinstalled SNAPAPI drivers (which were issues in the past).

Hello all,

Thank you for using [[http://www.acronis.com/enterprise/ | Acronis Corporate Products]]

Please make sure that you are using the latest build of Acronis True Image Echo Server for Linux (Build # 8357). If the build number differs from the latest one, please download and install the latest build. You can learn more on how to download the latest build here.

This version contains the latest SnapAPI module available for this version.

Also please see this article and the articles available at the More information section.

Thank you.

I have the same issue in Red Hat Linux 4 Enterprise. when i type dkms status it returns:
snapapi26, 0.7.45, 2.6.9-89.ELsmp, i686: installed
and I am running Build 8357 of Acronis.

Hello John,

Thank you for posting your question, I will be happy to help. Please accept our apologies for the delay with the response.

If the log file of the failed operation is similar to the log file available in the first post, you need to back up logical volumes of LVM and ordinary (non-LVM) partitions. There is no need to back up physical volumes of LVM.
Logical LVM volumes can be restored as non-LVM (regular) partitions in Acronis Rescue Mode. Logical LVM volumes can be restored on top of existing LVM volumes.

Please see this article on how to restore the archive.
Please let us know the results, we should be sure that the program runs flawlessly. If the provided information is not clear or if you have any other question do not hesitate to post them and we will be glad to answer.
Thank you.
