Ejecting tapes with backup - Message: Cannot eject media: There are no mail slots in the library.

Hi
I have installed Acronis backup and recovery 11 with backup device storageloader LTO4
After backup Job is Successfully Completed it fails to eject the tape
Can any one help me out.
