Email notification not working

Thread needs solution

I am using Acronis Backup & Recover 10 for SBS. I have setup email notification through my Gmail account. When I test the email notification I get a message saying that the test message was sent successfully but I don't receive the test message.

I tried a telnet to smtp.gmail.com on port 587 and I can connect so my message isn't blocked at the firewall. What am I missing?
