Hi Guys,

When I do a differential backup copy, sometimes backup will done and sometimes won't done.
And when you do not do what is basically the error:

Error occurred while reading in the file.

This is a known issue ('handle is invalid' on incremental/differential file backup). It's fixed in builds 17437 and later.

Can you tell me if i use Acronis Backup and Recovery Advanced Server 11.0.17217, what version i need to install that this mistake solved the problem, that i subscribe from above.

You need to install the same product (Backup and Recovery Advanced Server) version 11.0.17437 or later (e.g. 11.0.17440)
