Hello
I am first time user testing the product.
i starte a new Recovery Task
what to recover = i selected 3 folders and 2 files = all ok from vmcenter esxi agentless vmware
where to recover:
i want to recover to orginal location but it is grayed out
browse... AcronisESXAppliance-1
what am i doing wrong?

File recover doesn't make sense if you are connected to the appliance. File recover to the 'orignal' location in case of agentless backup is impossible too. You need to connect to a regular agent (agetn fro windows) and recover them to a 'new location'. Or click through the archive in windows explorer (on a windows machine with Management Console installed) and copy/paste them somewhere.

Thanks, just wanted to double check file recovery unsing agenless not possible.

I was able to select a new location and recover to the backup server where I had managent server console installed and copy it back to the vm server.
