Error "Replicating backups/cleaning up archives failed"
Hello,
what went wrong, after a while I get always the same error message that the cleaning up of the archive failed. Has somebody an idea what happened?

thank you for using Acronis Software.
Your issue might be caused by using changeable media to store the backups. If so, you should switch to the simplified archive naming method to avoid this kind of errors.
Also it might be better to switch from simple backup plan to custom backup plan. Information about retention rules, you find here.
If this could not solve your issue, please collect following Information and contact Acronis Support:
- System Information
- Screenshots from your backup plan (edit mode), your vault (overview)
- Log with the Error. For that:
- Open the Acronis Management Console and connect to the affected agent.
- Click left in the navigation tree on Logs. There you click on the Log with the error. (It might be necessary to switch from events to activties) and save this to file (log.xml)
