Error when backing up C-Drive + Data

Hi Guys,

Please can someone assist me with this error?

I'm trying ting to backup my clients data but I get the following error:

There's more that enough space on the drive, I've tried different VSS options and rebooting the server.

I'm desperate here so any help would be appreciated.
