"Failed to create snapshot" when not required
Hi,
We have Acronis running on a workstation which is being used to backup itself for one job, but also a backup job to backup one NAS to another (kind of weird, but it works!) however it is always throwing up an error of:
3 Information 11/27/2013 2:19:32 AM Failed to create snapshot for backup.

Which it obviously cannot do as the data is not native to the machine running the backup.
The rest of the backup goes through ok so we normally ignore it.
However we have an issue in that we use GFI Max to monitor backups and this reports back as a failure and logs accordingly which is a false positive in terms of how this backup is configured.
Is there any way to configure the backup job such that it will not attempt to use any kind of snapshot for the backup or to just not log the failure?
I tried that but it still gives the same error (the log posted was from after we changed this)
I checked and it's impossible to turn off this message. Even if it doesn't fail backup, it is always logged this way if snapshot is not created. It's only an information message (3 Information 11/27/2013 2:19:32 AM ), despite containing 'error' word.
