hangs at 18% of backuped machines

Thread needs solution

Hi,

Did anybody get hangs, reboots on machines to be backuped?

I had this on the AMS which reboots some times.
And last night on a 2003 server which has been completely "killed": no more dns, network, Ad...

Type: Error
Description:
An I/O operation initiated by the Registry failed unrecoverably. The Registry could not read in or write out or flush one of the files that contain the system's image of the Registry.

I've been obliged to reboot it and also the Ams, because it was impossible to cancel the plan.

PS: it's the well known 17318 version... on which I've a lot of trouble for 3months...

Thank you for finding time to open a thread regarding this issue.

I've contacted our Development, and Experts team - we never had such an issue reported, and we aren't even sure if it's Acronis related. We would still like to check the logs. Could you please send us Acronis Info from the problem machine? It might show us whether product behavior is abnormal.
