Windows Server 2003 RAID 5. Dell Raid Controller.
one harddisk broken .Server can't offline.
Can I install agent without reboot sever and perform online backup?

Somtimes it works without reboot, sometimes not...
The installer has to replace some dll-files & start/stop services.
If you are lucky they are not in use, if not you could try using taskmananger/procexp.exe to finish the installation without reboot.

On the other hand - a RAID5 with one broken disk should work "normaly", even during reboot.
