Installation of Acronis B&R Advanced server on server 2008 R2 SP1 installation fails!!

Logon as a domain admin etc .. went through usual setup .. i.e. entered license keys etc

Then it fails on installing the management server (/console) and stops the install

Error log is located at:
http://cvm1.quicksmart-it.com/acronis.log

Trying to install this on a server 2008 R2 with Exchange 2010 if that makes a difference?

Any help would greatly be appreciated thanks in advance!
