Iscsi target

Hi,
I have a vm in esxi 4.1 that i want to backup with acronis backup and recovery 10 for windows on a Buffalo Iscsi nas.
I have connected the iscsi lun with the w2008 initiator and i find my new Y: partition, but i didn't find it when i try to modify the backup job.
What's wrong?
I forgot something or it's not possible to use an iscsi Lun as a backup target???
