Issues with Acronis B&R Adv Server 11 after upgrade

We recently upgraded our True Image Echo Ent to Adv. Server 11 hoping it would solve a boot media issue. The boot media for Echo/Ver. 10 would not see the NIC on our new Dell Optiplex's. I installed the new software and attempted to create a new boot media but when it asks for a license key, neither my new key or old key work.

I then created the boot media without a key and attempted to create a backup image of a PC to a network share and got two error messages.

We have used True Image for a few years now for imaging PC's for rapid deployment without issues.

I also get the following message when I try to select a drive to be backed up.

There are no licenses for backing up some of the selected data types. Such data can be backed up to online storage only.

Hello Mike,
If the media builder requires a key, this means it runs on a machine where is no agent. To avoid entering the keys, install the media builder on a machine with an upgraded agent. The media will use the agent's key and inherit the agent's functionality like Universal Restore etc.
Otherwise, try to enter both the Echo key and the upgrade key, if possible (there may be an issue with upgrade keys). Without a key, your can create media only for recovery from the online storage.
