Is it posible to change your subject state?

Thread needs solution

Hello,

We use the following software:
Acronis Virutal Applicance for ESX with ABR 10 Advanced Server - Virutal Edition (build 10.0.12497).

On the forum I found follow information about the way de subject field shoot work!
http://kb.acronis.com/content/18160
You can specify a custom subject for e-mail notifications in the Subject field.
By default, the subject of Acronis Backup & Recovery 10 e-mail notifications is similar to:
Upon operation's successful completion: [ABR10] Task succeeded on machine
When user interaction is required: Task requires your interaction on machine
Upon operation failure: [ABR10] Task has failed on machine

Is it possible to change your subject state of a received status mails by using different commands in the notification settings, because when we now receive a Acronis mail it isn't direct clear in the subject if the backup is succeeded or Failed.

See example received mail notification:
Subject: [ABR10]: Task 'xxx13 - Incremental backup' on machine 'ESX02.xxxxxx.local-VA'.
The mail content:
Operation execution failed.
Description:

Thanks in advance,

Hello Ronald,

Thank you for finding time to join us and open the thread regarding this question, I will be glad to address it.

I have checked with our Development team and at the moment there is no way to edit e-mail notification messages.

Currently e-mail notification name is built according to this scheme:

TEXT_NOTIFY_EMAIL_COMPLETE_SUBJECT

  1. task name
  2. status of the task
  3. machine name

So you will have the name built from option 0+1+2, where 0 is the task name, 1 - has succeeded/failed/requires your interaction, 2 - machine name.

I will create a Customer Listening Case and forward it to our Development team so that this feature gets included in a future release of our software.

Should you need anything else or have any further questions - feel free to contact us at your earliest convenience, we will be happy to help you!

Thank you.
